Post-Construction Cleaning includes the following:
General Areas (All Rooms)
- Heavy dusting of ceilings, walls, light fixtures, vents, and fans
- Detailed cleaning of baseboards, moldings, and trim
- Wiping down doors, frames, hinges, and handles
- Removal of construction dust from all surfaces
- Cleaning inside closets, shelving, and storage units
- Cleaning of interior windows, sills, and tracks
- Vacuuming carpets, corners, and crevices (including edges and under fixtures)
- 2x Mopping hard floors with construction-grade cleaner
- Trash/debris removal (small construction dust/debris only – no large materials)
Kitchen
- Deep clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (remove sawdust, dust, etc.)
- Cleaning and polishing countertops and backsplash
- Full appliance wipe down (interior if accessible/empty)
- Cleaning of fixtures and sink
- 2X Floor vacuuming and mopping
Bathrooms
- Scrubbing and sanitizing of all tile surfaces and grout lines
- Dust and clean vanities, shelves, and fixtures
- Mirror and glass polishing
- Deep clean of sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets
- Wipe down inside/out of drawers and cabinets
- Floor disinfection

- Interior/exterior window cleaning (detailed per floor or client request)
- Grout or Paint spot removal from floors, windows, and surfaces
